  • Coaching. My clients and I work one on one to identify challenges and solutions in a way that helps the client find her or his own answers in a fully supportive and non-judgmental environment. This can be very effective for people who are "stuck" for one reason or another. Coaching is all about leveraging the client's existing strengths to build a structure by which they can become "unstuck" and begin moving toward accomplishing their goals.
