What is training?

Training: To make proficient with specialized instruction and practice. People learn in many different ways, such as aural (hearing), kinesthetic (learning by doing), and visual (hearing). Many people learn best when material is presented in a way that engages multiple methods of learning.

Imagine an environment where the students create the knowledge. In this environment, the facilitator acts as a guide who encourages everyone to learn however they feel more comfortable. The training workshop itself consists of a mix of games, discussions, field trips, and exercises and happens in a place that the students have made their own for the time being. Such an environment encourages people to reconnect with the innate joy of learning.

The best training goes far beyond speaking and handouts. Using accelerated learning principles lets students absorb, retain, and use vast amounts of information.
